Your data. Your business.
DudesNude doesn't sell ads. DudesNude doesn't sell data. We don't share your information with third-party brokers, advertisers, or analytics companies trying to profile you across the web. The data you give us stays here, used only to run the service you signed up for.
That isn't a slogan. It's a structural choice — the site funds itself through optional supporter subscriptions, not through your data. No ad-tech middleware sitting between you and the community.
Your data isn't a product
Never sold, never shared with advertisers or third-party data brokers. The site funds itself through supporter subscriptions, not by mining what you do here.
Encrypted everywhere
Every connection runs over HTTPS — the same encryption your bank uses. Your password is stored on our servers in encrypted form, not as readable text.
Where your data lives
- Servers in Europe. Our infrastructure runs in European data centres. All data is processed and stored within the European privacy regulatory framework.
- Company headquartered in Switzerland. DudesNude is operated by Theme Park AG, a Swiss-registered company. Switzerland has some of the strongest privacy laws in the world.
- Subject to GDPR and the Swiss FADP. The EU's General Data Protection Regulation and Switzerland's Federal Act on Data Protection both apply to how we handle your data — two of the strictest privacy regimes on the planet.
That combination — European hosting, Swiss company, two of the strictest privacy regimes anywhere — is why we can credibly say "your data stays private" without footnotes.
What we actually collect
Three categories, each with a clear purpose:
-
1
Account data
Your email and basic account info. Used to sign you in, send you transactional emails, and keep your account secure. Nothing more.
-
2
Profile content
What you choose to put in your profile — photos, bio, preferences. Visible to other members per the privacy controls in your account settings.
-
3
Usage data
IP address, browser type, referral source. Used for security, troubleshooting, and improving the site. Never shared with third parties.
We collect what we need to run the community well. We don't collect what we don't need.
How we measure the website
This marketing website (dudesnude.com / about.dudesnude.com) uses first-party, cookieless analytics to count page views and outbound clicks. There is no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no third-party tracking pixel — just our own server logging requests as they come in. What gets recorded:
- The page you viewed and the page you came from (the standard HTTP referer)
- Your browser and device type (e.g. Chrome on mobile) and country (e.g. DE) from your IP address — the IP itself is never stored
- For outbound clicks, what you clicked — so we can see which pages help dudes find the community
That's it. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies, no localStorage, no fingerprint, no per-visitor identifier, no way to recognise you next time you visit, no data leaving our infrastructure. The only cookies we set at all are the strictly-necessary ones the site needs to function — your sign-in session, the CSRF protection token, and the record of your cookie-banner choice. None of those are used for analytics or tracking. This kind of anonymous, server-side measurement doesn't require cookie consent under European law because it doesn't involve any tracking cookies or personal data — and it matches the privacy-first stance the rest of this page is built on.
Your rights, your control
You're in charge of your data on DudesNude.
- Delete anytime. Close your account from the settings and your profile and data are removed. We don't keep your information indefinitely if you decide to leave.
- Privacy controls in your account settings. Choose who can see what, which optional emails you receive, and how your profile is published.
- Right of access (GDPR / Swiss FADP). You can request a copy of all the personal data we hold about you. Email support@dudesnude.com and we'll process it.
- Right of erasure. You can request all your data be permanently removed, beyond just deactivating an account. Same email, same process.
The full legal version
This page is the plain-English summary. The legally-binding text — covering our data-controller status, the legal bases for processing under GDPR Article 6, special-category-data handling under Article 9.2, and more — lives on the Privacy Policy page.
