The site should pick up your country's standard units of measurement (miles/km, inches/cm etc) but that doesn't always work perfectly, or you may prefer to use different units.
Go to your account settings (in the main menu, or chat.dudesnude.com/settings/account-settings). Units is the second option, beneath your location (on the left on a desktop, or scroll down on a mobile device). It's a simple toggle between Metric and Imperial. It saves automatically.
